I wish to order crazy golf for my wedding reception what areas do you deliver to

For events such as large school fetes, corporate fun days, team building, and weddings we deliver to Hertfordshire, Essex, London, Bedfordshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Cambridgeshire and beyond. For smaller events and private parties in halls for hire, private gardens etc...we deliver to Hertfordshire and North London. Equipment hired such as crazy golf, rodeo bull, human table football and archery parties and events, for example our delivery area is quite extensive. Please contact us for details.

I have ordered a bouncy castle for my children's birthday party at home when do you deliver

Deliveries for private parties in back or front gardens are made between 8am - Noon. Collections are made from 6pm onwards, this time does change depending upon the time of year. In the busy summer months we deliver and collect on a geographical round basis, although we do try to be as flexible as possible. If you require specific delivery times please inform us at the time of your booking. We can accommodate exact delivery and collection times for indoor hall parties or if you are organizing a school fete or large event etc....

I have hired a bounce and slide castle for our family barbeque at home, what do I need to do prior to your arrival

Our inflatables are delivered on a sack barrow and we need an adequate clear access for this (approx 3ft wide depending on the inflatable ordered). Please ensure the paths or access to your garden are free from obstacles, we will need access to mains power electricity within 50 metres of where you would like the bouncy castle sited. Please prepare the site prior to our arrival, in the summer months we run to a tight schedule to ensure all our customers are delivered to and collected from on time. Our delivery staff may not be able to wait whist the access and or site is cleared and prepared. The site area needs to be free from stones, sharp objects such as washing line pole sockets, dog mess, and excessive mud. If there are any overhanging trees or bushes encroaching on the site area of the inflatable, these will need to be pruned back prior to our arrival. The unit cannot be sited where any side of it is brushing up against bushes, trees, fences etc... Barbeques must not be sited within 8 feet of the inflatable.

We are organising a school fete but we only have tarmac playgrounds with no grassed area

For safety reasons any inflatable installed outdoors must be sited on a reasonably flat lawned area (slight slopes are acceptable) so that it can be staked to the ground. Although we are unable to offer bouncy castles or any other inflatable for an outdoor hard standing event or party, we do stock a wide range of equipment that is suitable for a hard standing surface such as crazy golf, didicars, go karts, roller racers, rodeo bull, giant garden games, fairground stalls and games, archery and much more, please contact us for further details

Do you belong to any trade associations

We are full members of the F.S.B. ( Federation of small businesses ). We are subscribers to T.I.P.E. ( The Inflatable Play Enterprise ) which ensures we are fully informed and up to date on any relevant legislation and regulations. Huff n Puff Castles and inflatables are fully compliant to BS EN 14960:20006, we operate to the PIPA scheme for best practice.

Our fun day event is not until next year when do I need to book the inflatables

We do get very busy in the summer months especially on weekends and bank holidays. We always advise to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We do take bookings as late as the same day as your party however we may not be able to offer as wide a selection of bouncy castles and equipment due to previous bookings. If you need to make a last minute booking please call us, we have an extensive range of inflatables and we will always try to help.

I need an adult bouncy castle for overnight hire

Overnight hire is available on adult bouncy castles and equipment. A refundable care deposit is required on overnight bookings. This is returned upon collection of the inflatable provided it is found in clean and good order.Two forms of identification are required for overnight hires. I am organising a corporate event for our company can you provide risk assessments

Risk assessments are available upon request . For corporate and larger events we may need to undertake a site survey to facilitate this for you.

Do you put the bouncy castle up and take it away

We do everything for you. We deliver and fully install the inflatable and safety mats ready for use. For self supervised hire, we will issue you with written safety instructions which lists all the do's and don'ts for example what to do if there should be a heavy cloudburst etc.. and collect and fully dismantle all equipment at the end of your booking.

I have ordered an inflatable slide, will it fit in a village hall

All our inflatable equipment is suitable for a hall. The height of each bouncy castle, bounce and slide, fun run and ball pond bouncers is given in the description, always enquire with the hall you are booking with as to the height of the ceiling. We have catered for many birthday parties, wedding receptions and events in halls over the years, please contact us with the name of your indoor venue, we may be familiar with the hall and we will be happy to advise you

Do you provide bouncy castles, sumo suits or a bungee run for adult use

We have a wide range of inflatables and equipment suitable to hire for adult parties and events. bungee runs, obstacle courses, gladiator joust to name few, suitable for wedding entertainment, university functions, corporate or private party's fetes and events. If you are organizing an event or party where adults will need to use the equipment please order adult grade bouncy castles. Adult inflatables are made very differently from children's castles, adults using children's castles cause damage to the inflatable and injury to users

Do you offer discounts or package deals on inflatables

We do offer package deals for school fetes, events or private family parties, please contact us for a package deal quote. We have regular special offers please see our special offers page.

We need to hire a bouncy castle with a staff supervisor for our wedding entertainments do you have public liability insurance

Our bouncy castles and equipment hired with our staff supervisors is supplied under protection of a £5 Million Public Liability Policy, which is subject to the terms and conditions of hire. For inflatables and equipment that is hired without our staff supervisors you are responsible for supervision. We will provide written safety instructions which are based on current HSE guidelines. We can supply supervisors for your event if required at an additional cost, please call for details. Self supervision will mean that you need to source your own public liability cover.

Can we collect the bouncy castle from you to set up ourselves

We need to install and collect our inflatables ourselves for safety reasons and insurance constraints
